This package includes all of what is included in the 4 session package, but is aimed at those of you whose issues go far deeper and will therefore need more extensive work. It is also perfect for those of you who are suffering from OCD and the effects of Abuse – both physical & sexual.

This is a one-off session aimed at banishing Stopping Smoking, and Fear/Phobias. A Rapid Breakthrough Session can last around 2.5hrs.

Because each client is unique, I tailor make each one of my sessions according to the individual needs of each one of my clients. I use a combination of Clinical Hypnotherapy, Negative Neuro-Pathway Reversal Therapy (NNRT) NLP, Mindfulness and Life Coaching.
