Tips for working at home




So life as we know it has changed and we need to adapt. However, us humans naturally do not like change, but this time change we must because this time it’s out of our hands.

There is an unseen enemy out there.

So here are a few tips I’ve put together for working at home.

Our instinct when working from home is to most probably to either stay in our PJ’s or just throw on a pair of leggings and a scruffy T-shirt,

In other words we just are creating a lazy attitude.

The way we dress affects our mental state, so I would suggest the following.

Act and do as if you were going to the office.

If you go out for a run or do some form exercise before you go to the office, still continue to do so.

Come back home

Take your shower.

Get dressed

If a man shave (if you don’t have a beard)

If a woman, PUT ON YOUR MAKE UP & DO YOUR HAIR

Make an “office’ in your home. DON’T sit on the sofa with your laptop on your knees. Sit at a table.

Get up from time to time to take a break

Move around.

If you can, go for a walk. But keep your distance from others.

If you have to self isolate. Get up and do Star Jumps, Push Up, any form of exercise. Its important to move to keep your circulation moving .

If you have a garden go into it and maybe run around.

If you have a trampoline exercise on it

Anything you can think of DO IT

Be inventive
