Terms of Service
Payment:
Payment is to be made by Bank Transfer 48 hrs prior to your appointment. Payment & Instalment Plans are available upon request.
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that due to unforeseen circumstances it can sometimes be necessary to cancel appointments. However due to high demand I have a strict cancellation policy in place. Cancellation within a 48 hours-notice period a 50% fee will be charged. Cancellation within a 24-hours notice 100% fee will be charged. I reserve the right to cancel courses or consultations in unavoidable situations and full refunds (pro-rata) will be made.
Arriving late for an appointment:
If you are running late for an appointment please let me know as soon as you can. I will do my best to provide you with your full allotted time. However this may not always be possible. On occasions when it is not possible however, your full session fee remains payable..
Contact outside of appointments:
You can contact me outside of scheduled appointments by text or email and I will always do my utmost to
respond to you within 24 hours. Should additional regular and frequent contact be required fees will have to be discussed.
Confidentiality:
As per the requirements of the General Hypnotherapy Register and in order to ensure continued best practice I conduct everything under strict confidence and at no point do I divulge any information that would disclose the identity of my clients.
Disclaimer:
Success of recommended therapies depends entirely on an individual’s commitment to attending sessions and following action plans agreed between the practitioner and client. In the specific case of clinical hypnosis and NLP, susceptibility can be varied.
